Registration Fee for full conference, including all meals -- $150

[Note: The registration fee for the full conference includes the banquet on Monday evening; lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday; and coffee and tea breaks every day.]

Fee for attendance May 13 at banquet only with keynote speaker, Sally Armstrong -- $40

Fee for attending virtually via Zoom -- $25

[Note: this registration fee includes the keynote address by Sally Armstrong at the opening banquet Monday evening and the daytime plenerary presentations and discussions on Tuesday and Wednesday.]

Subsidies

For those who would not otherwise be able to attend, some subsidies are available on a first come, first served basis to assist with flight costs (Aeroplan ticket) and/or registration fee discount of $75. Applications for subsidies must be received by March 30, 2024.

Cancellations/Refunds: 

Registration fees will be fully refunded up until April 15, 2024. After this date no refunds will be made.
