February Actions:
Action on WASH: Support Bill C-61. Send an e-mail to Canada’s Minister of Indigenous Services, Mandy Gull-Masty, urging her to re-introduce Bill C-61, the First Nations Clean Water Act, without delay. Tell her why you care about this as a Canadian. Cc the Prime Minister at pm@pm.gc.ca and also your own MP, so that they, too, know that this matters to you. (For help finding your MP’s email address click here.) We’d like to track our advocacy actions so please bcc GRAN at info@grandmothersadvocacy.org or send us a short email separately telling us that your email has been sent.
Action on Health: Support Results Canada’s Born to Thrive campaign. Contact your MP, urging Canada to continue its longstanding support for the Global Financing Facility for Women, Children and Adolescents (GFF) with an increased pledge for 2026-2030 to help women and children survive and thrive. Click here for more details about this call to action.
