Do you know what is in your drinking water? Across Canada, people are becoming more informed and beginning to question how drinking water standards are defined and applied. There are ongoing concerns about exposure levels to toxins and the lack of availability of clear information and accountability in Canada.
This webinar was hosted by the National Council of Women of Canada. Guest speaker Susan Blacklin is a passionate advocate for water justice. Drawing on fifteen years of volunteer work with the Safe Drinking Water Foundation—an organization she co‑founded with her late husband, Dr. Hans Peterson—Susan continues to amplify pressing water safety concerns through her latest book, Water Justice: What You Don’t Know Could Kill You.
