South African Film Festival

November 6 – 17 — The South African Film Festival (SAFF) is returning for its 15th year in Canada. SAFF Canada is a festival with a heart. All net proceeds support Education without Borders (EwB), a non-profit organization that funds educational programs for learners in South Africa and Zimbabwe, and supports Indigenous programs in Canada. The Festival proudly brings the best of South African feature films and documentaries that inspire, inform, and entertain while exploring the culture, history, and politics of South Africa. We’d especially like to highlight the documentary The Friendship Bench which is being sponsored by Greater Vancouver GRANs.
