Before beginning the registration process, please read through the following information.
May 23, 2018: Registration Update:
There are still a few spaces left if you are considering joining us. Absolute deadline for late registrations is Sunday, May 27. Should you choose to register for the full conference at this point, you are very welcome, but unfortunately you will have to miss the Opening Banquet as all seats are now filled. (We will of course discount the registration fee by $30 to acknowledge this.) We welcome all last-minute registrants to join us bright and early on Tuesday morning to begin the conference-proper.

Meals and Accommodations:
Please see the registration form for details on meals that are included with your registration fee. The form also includes an option for requesting billeting and provides space to make special dietary requests and to advise us of any mobility issues or special needs.
Fees and Payment:
Fees: The fee for attending the full conference is $175 (*now discounted to $145 for late registrants). If you will not be attending the conference itself but wish to attend the closing banquet (seats still available), the cost is $30.
Payment: You may pay on line using a credit card through PayPal, or send a cheque made payable to Grandmothers Advocacy Network to Mia Overduin's mailing address above.
Subsidies and Donations:
We want to encourage as many GRANs as possible to attend Hello Friends 2018. To facilitate this, GRAN is offering Registration Fee subsidies ($85 reduction) for those who would like to attend but are reluctant to do so due to financial constraints. To make application for a registration subsidy please tick the corresponding box on the registration form.
We are also inviting any GRAN members who would like to contribute, to add a little extra to their own registration fees as a donation to help subsidize another GRAN member's attendance. This option is available on the registration form.
